Barbara Moore Richardson, age 78, passed away August 18, 1991 in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Born February 5, 1913 in Joseph, Utah, a daughter of James Henry and Mittie Vernessa Gilbert Moore. Married Reid Heywood February 5, 1934; later divorced. Married Sherman B. Richardson May 9, 1953 in Elko, Nevada; he preceded her in death June 23, 1967. Active in LDS Church, serving as ward organist since age 13. Affiliated in musical capacities everywhere she lived. Taught art and music professionally. Active in civic and art activities.

Survived by one daughter, Sylvia High, Fruitland, Idaho; six grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; brother, Lowell Moore, Pagolet, So. Carolina; sister, Sylvia Martin, Mesa, Arizona.

Graveside services will be held Friday, 10 a.m., at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park, 3401 Highland Drive. Friends may call Thursday 7-9 p.m. at McDougal Golden Rule Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions be sent to Primary
Children's Medical Center.
