DEATH OF MRS. CHAS. ADKINS
Mother of Mrs. John D. Showalter in Harrisonburg Had Been Ill for Several Months
Mrs. Fannie Adkins, wife of Charles Adkins, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John D. Showalter, on South German Street at 6:15 o'clock last night. She had been ill for several months of a complication of diseases.
Mrs. Adkins was Miss Fannie Good. Her age was sixty-six years, two months and twelve days. She was a woman of high Christian character, and for many years had been a member of the Harrisonburg Church of the Brethren.
Surviving Mrs. Adkins, besides her husband, are four sons, Newton Adkins, of Harrisonburg; O.F. and C.H. Adkins of Charleston, W. Va.; W. F. Adkins, of Warrenton; and one daughter, Mrs. John D. Showalter of Harrisonburg. She also leaves three brothers, John W. Good of Harrisonburg, Va; Silas and Anthony Good, of Harrisonburg and one sister, Mrs. M. G. Garion of Harrisonburg.
Funeral arrangements had not been completed last night.

Mrs. Fannie Adkins, wife of Charles Adkins, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John D. Showalter, on South German Street at 6:15 o'clock last night. She had been ill for several months of a complication of diseases.
