Three Springs, Huntingdon Co, PA Isabel (Wible) Rogers, of Creekview Lane, Orbisonia, died at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec 18, 2005 at her home in Springfield Township surrounded by her family.

Born Oct 29, 1915, in Altoona, Blair Co, she was a daughter of the late Guy R. Wible and Laura (Ramsey) Wible. She was united in marriage to John R. Rogers, Mar 9, 1936 in Hagerstown, MD, by the Rev F. Berry Plummer, pastor of Saint Paul United Brethren Church.

Mr. Rogers preceded her in death 23 Apr 1965. Mrs. Rogers is survived by a son, Bradley Rogers and wife, Debbie, Orbisonia; a niece, Reba (Wible) Stuller, Martinsburg, who was reared in the home; three grandchildren and one great grandson. She was preceded in death by a brother and 2 sisters: William Wible, Latta Grove; Lottie Grove and Kate Shaffer.

Mrs. Rogers was a charter member of the Immanuel Bible Church, Three Springs. She was a member of the Shirleysburg Grange No 119 and the Shirley Home Auxiliary. Mrs. Rogers also volunteered for over 20 years at the Shirley Home and Woodland Retirement Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec 22, at Immanuel Bible Church with the Rev. Steve Heaster officiating. Interment will be in Haven Rest Memorial Park, Shirleysburg. Friends may call at the church from 9-11 on Thursday, Dec 22nd.
