Opelousas - A Mass of Christian Burial for Harold Arnaud will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2011, in the Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home Chapel in Opelousas, La. followed by interment in the Bellevue Memorial Park Cemetery. The Reverend Paul Bienvenu will conduct the mass.
Mr. Arnaud, age 74, a resident of Opelousas, La., died on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at his residence.
Harold will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his son, Steven Arnaud, and his wife, Melissa, of Opelousas, La.; his daughters, Cynthia Sylvester of Grand Prairie, La.; Libby McGaha of Many, La.; his brothers, Emery Arnaud and wife, Della, of Port Barre, La.; T-June Arnaud and wife, Julia, of Cecilia, La.; Gussy Arnaud of Pierre Part, La.; his sisters, Thelma Stelly and husband, Nathan, of Florida; Rose Briggs and husband, Kevin, of Opelousas, La. and Mary Jane Credeur of Houma, La. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Gladys Arnaud; his third wife, Gloria Arnaud; his parents, Aldus and Alcidie Noel Arnaud; his son, Ricky Arnaud; his brother, Jessie Arnaud and his grandson, Brian Arnaud.
