EDEN — Curtis Adolph Meeks, 68, passed away on Saturday March 20, 2010 at Morehead Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Overlook Cemetery.
Curtis was born August 16, 1941 in Henry County, Va. to the late Sherman and Myrtle Meeks. He was a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
Surviving him is his daughter; Aimee Meeks Key, granddaughter; Hillary Key both of Eden, sisters; Joan Meeks of Ridgeway, Va., Carolyn Corum of Reidsville, Debra Gammon , Donna Harmon, and Colleen Baker all of Eden, brothers; Alfred "Buzz" Meeks of Stoneville, and Tim Meeks of Ridgeway.
