Mildred Meeks Edwards, 63, died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2000, at Morehead Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 25, 2000, at Fair Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will be in Overlook Cemetery .
She was a native of Leaksville (now Eden), she was a homemaker and a member of Aiken Summitt Wesleyan Methodist Church.
Surviving is her husband, Arthur "Doodle" Edwards of the home and mother, Myrtle Williams Meeks of Ridgeway, Va.
