FLORENCE VOWELS
Miss Florence Vowels, 90, of 411 Greer St. died at 10:50 a.m. Sunday in Sikeston Convalescent Center.
Born April 11, 1884 in Wyatt, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Mary Hutchenson Vowels.
She is survived by a nephew, John Bartlett of Sikeston, and other nieces and nephews.
Services were conducted at 2 p.m. today in Nunnelee Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Robert Burke, pastor of the Bertrand First United Methodist Church.
Burial was in IOOF Cemetery at Charleston.
Pallbearers were Leonard Vowels, Kenneth Vowels, Clint Hutchenson, Clint Hutchenson, Jr., Mike Bartlett and John Bartlett.
