Betty A. Pryor, 64, of Pittsburg, died at 4:30 p.m. Monday, April 24, 2000, at Mt. Carmel Medical Center after a long illness. She was born April 26, 1935, at Pittsburg, to Henry and Nannie Brown Johns. She attended area schools. She was a lifetime resident of Pittsburg. Mrs. Pryor was a homemaker. She attended the Salvation Army Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a son, Danny E. Johns-Pryor. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home, with Pastor Larry DeOrnellis officiating. Burial will follow in the Highland Park Cemetery. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Friends may call after 10 a.m. today at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of the Bath-NaylorFuneral Home, 522 S. Broadway.
