Mrs Ernest Herrick Is Dead In Michigan
Word was received in Checotah Thursday morning of the death of Mrs. Ernest E. Herrick, the former Pearl Bristow, at her home in Monroe, Mich.
Mrs. Herrick, while in a downtown drug store Wednesday, is said to have suffered a cerebral hemorrhage and was rushed to a hospital immediately. She never regained consciousness and died shortly after midnight.
Mrs. Herrick, a graduate of Checotah schools, together with her husband, has made her home in the Great Lakes area for several years.
Funeral services will be held in Checotah, although arrangements have not been completed.
Mrs. Herrick is survived by her husband, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.M. Bristow; four sisters, Mrs. John Martin, Mrs. Bill Cates and Mrs. Herman Wade of Checotah and Mrs. L.B. Clayton of Wichita, Kansas; two brothers, Pat Bristow of Cass Grande, Ariz. and Bill Bristow of Camay, Texas.
