Mrs. O. E. Kerner Died in Hospital.
Mrs. Will Mena Kerner, 69, wife of Oria E. Kerner, of Coolspring, died yesterday in the Adrian Hospital after an illness of three weeks. The deceased, a lifelong resident of Coolspring, was born there Sept. 14, 1891, a daughter of Peter and Elizabeth Funk Reitz.
Her marriage to Mr. Kerner took place April, 1914.
She was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church of Coolspring.
Surviving are her husband and 10 sons and daughters: Arnold, of Emerickville; Mrs. Oscar Seger, of Rossiter; Edward of Creekside; Darl, Mrs. Ralph Shaffer, John and Mrs. Vernon Smith, of Coolspring, and Josephine, Pollie and Jack at home.
Other survivors include four brothers and sisters; Mrs. Dora Geist of Wyandotte, Mich.; Frank Reitz of Coolspring; Alfred Reitz, of Anita, and Mrs. Rose Brocious of Brookville R. D., and 10 grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the Morrison Funeral Home, where services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o`clock. The Rev. Edward Ingersoll will officiate, and interment will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Coolspring.
