lydia oldest child of Watrous Usher and Welthy Morgan was married in Dover to Job Smith ( son of Sylvanus Smith and Lydia Clark) on Feb 27 1823 by Noah Crocker , Dover Twp Justice of the Peace they had at least 3 children together Welthy Smith b c 1833; Celia Smith b c 1838, James Smith b c 1840.. Her dad Watrous had died a little over a month before Sep 18 1840
