Roxy F. Airgood, 74, of Syracuse, formerly of Mishawaka, died at 11:15 p.m. Saturday in Strawberry Village Nursing Home, Ligonier, after a brief illness. He was born on May 7, 1905, in Wabash County, and had lived here 10 years before moving to Syracuse.
Surviving are a son, Roxy Joe Airgood of Mishawaka; two grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Alden Felabom of Mishawaka and Mrs. Ozra Watts of Albuquerque, N. M. and three brothers, Loren L. of Benton Harbor, Wayne of Berrien Center and Chester of Mankato, Minn. a daughter, Mrs. Diana Donaho, preceded him in death.
Private services were to be at 11 a.m. today in the Bubb Funeral Chapel.....and burial will be in Fairview cemetery. There will be no visitation.
