Born in Central, he was a son of the late Frank and Ila Woodson Kelley.
He was retired from BASF and was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Lucille Youngblood Kelley of the home; a daughter and son-in-law; two sons and a daughter-in-law; a sister and three brothers; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services: Friday, March 14, 2008, Liberty Mortuary Chapel.
Burial: Liberty Memorial Gardens.
