Born in Central, he was a son of Frank and Ila Woodson Kelley. Grady was a self employed stone mason and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
He is survived by a son, Dean (Lois) Kelley of Jasper, GA; grandchildren, Brian S. (Dee)Kelley and Michael L. (Leigh) Kelley; and great-grandchildren, Jackson, Alexis, Harrison, Ethan, and Lawson Kelley.
Grady was the last surviving member of his immediate family, he was predeceased by brothers, Nathan, Tony, Crayton, Marshall, Milton, Dalton, Andrew and Glen Kelley; and a sister, Grace Kay.
Burial: Hillcrest Memorial Park in Pickens, SC.
