Bertha Annie Staples Robinson Turner, 80, died Sunday, July 19, 1992 at her home.
Born May 25, 1912 in Coalville to John William and Bertha Ann Wright Staples. Married Theodore Robinson on Jan. 24, 1934 in Salt Lake City. Marrigae later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on March 25, 1955. He died on Feb. 12, 1979. Married Joseph H. Turner on June 14, 1980 in Coalville. Member of the LDS Church, Coalville Second Ward, and had served as a Sunday School secretary, as a Visiting Teacher for 40 years, a nursery leader, and a Primary teacher.
Surviving are her husband, of Coalville; six sons and one daughter; Arvin Boyd and Sue Robinson, Coalville; Elden Dale and RaNaew Robinson, Brigham City; Darrell Staples and Sally Robinson, Anchorage, Alaska; Leona LaRae and Larry Anderson, Sunset; Roger Erwin and Bettie Robinson, Salt Lake City; Verlan Evan and Pam Robinson, Clearfield; W. Darwin and Wendy Robinson, Coalville; two sten-sons and one step-daughter, J. Duane and Erica Turner, Henderson, NV; Renee T. and William Waddoupes, Prosser, WA; 42 grandchildren, and 36 great-grand-children.
Also survivng and are two brothers and two sisters, Emerson Staples, Caolville; Juanita Moore, Upton; Rulaon Staples, Nyssa, OR, and Mable Anderson, Provo. Preceded in death by one daughter, Lawanna Fitzgerald, one step-daughter, Karen Isaksen, and two brothers.
Funeral services were held on Thursday in the Coalville Stake Chapel with Bishop Clint Staples officiating. Interment was in the Coalville Cemetery.
The family would like to give special thanks to Creekside Home Health Care nurses for their loving care and to her special friend Gladys Lamb.
