Ada married Almo Rogers "Pearl" Harrington on 28 February 1907, at Coupeville Washington, Ada was the daughter of John Jacob Straub and Mary Ann Waterworth. They were married at the home of Ada's parents.

The daughter of Pearl Harrington and Ada Straub was:
1. Mona Almo Harrington (1907-1988)

In about 1883 Ada's parents moved to Coupeville. Her father was a blacksmith and built several buildings on Front Street, in Coupeville as well as the family home.

In 1887 Ada was living with her family in Coupeville. In 1900 she was living with her sister, Minnie in Sedro Woolley, Washington, and attending school.
