In 1905, the family moved to Ririe where she grew up. She walked with her uncle along side a horse-drawn wagon containing their belongings.
She attended Ricks Normal Academy in Rexburg where she met her husband.
On November 24, 1920, she married Cecil John Drollinger in Ririe and their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on December 14, 1921.
They lived in Marysville until 1931 when they moved to Osgood where they farmed for 26 years until the death of her husband.
After his death on November 2, 1956, she moved to Idaho Falls where she worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Idaho Falls LDS Hospital for 23 years.
She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints serving as President of Primary, Relief Society (twice), and Young Women. She and her husband served a LDS Mission from 1946 to 1948 in the Idaho Falls North Stake.
She was active in PTA.
She is survived by five sons, Keith (Lillian) of Shelley, Idaho; Max (Ada) of Idaho Falls, Idaho; Dale (Shirley) of Swan Valley, Idaho; Larry (Nelda) of Lewisville, Idaho; and Richard (Julie) of Omaha, Nebraska; three daughters, Mrs. Verl (Colleen) Carpenter of Osgood, Idaho; Mrs. Ted (Betty) Gibbs of Paul, Idaho; and Mrs. Charles (DeAnn) Graves of Idaho Falls; two brothers, Leland Harris and Wayne Harris both of Ririe, Idaho; 46 grandchildren; 105 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons--Burl and Jackie Blaine; and one daughter--Genevieve.
