Tarrytown – Services for David Foster Warnock, 72, of Tarrytown, will be held today at 3 p.m. in Tarrytown Baptist Church. The Rev. Dr. Jimmy Voles and the Rev. Herman Williams will officiate. Burial will be in Tarrytown Cemetery in Montgomery County.
Mr. Warnock, a native of Montgomery County, was a deacon and a Sunday School teacher at Tarrytown Baptist Church. He was retired from the State Department of Transportation.
Mr. Warnock died Saturday.
Survivors include his wife, Cornelia Witherington Warnock of Tarrytown; five sons, 17 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Sammons Funeral Home of Soperton has charge of arrangements.
