CULLOM - Iva M. Dehm, 100, of Pontiac, formerly of Cullom, died at 12:32 p.m. Saturday (July 24, 1999) at Tjardes Healthcare Center of Evenglow Lodge.
Her funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Cullom, Pastor Ed Stone officiating. Burial will be in West Lawn Cemetery, Cullom. Visitation will be Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Harris-Martin-Burke funeral Home, Cullom, and one hour before the service Tuesday at the church.
Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church, Cullom; Evenglow Lodge, Pontiac; or a charity of the donor's choice.
Mrs. Dehm was born on June 19, 1899, in Charlotte Township, Livingston Co. She married Johan G. Dehm on Jan. 6, 1927, in Cullom. He died Nov. 20, 1975.
Mrs. Dehm was educated in Charlotte Township schools. She was a homemaker in Cullom most of her adult life. She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Cullom, for more than seven decades.
She enjoyed gardening and growing flowers and was an active participant in local flower shows. Her father and her sister Ina also reached their 100th birthdays.
She was a resident of Evenglow Lodge, Pontiac, since November 1991.
