Garry William Alexander, 47, of Silver City passed away Tuesday, July 6, at University Hospital in Albuquerque. He was born March 20, 1952, in Santa Rita and resided in New Mexico most of his life. He lived in Grants and Jackpile Mine before returning to Silver City. Survivors include his mother, Edna Davison of Silver City; his daughter, Jacqueline Alexander of Albuquerque; three brothers, Lloyd Alexander and wife, Julie, of Tucson, Ariz., Daniel Alexander of Phoenix, and Steven Alexander and wife of Brazil; one sister, Carolyn Vega of Belen; and 10 nieces and nephews. He was proceeded in death by his father, Harry William Alexander of Tyrone; his sister, Laurel Ann Bagley of Silver City; and a brother Harry Lynn Alexander. A graveside service will be held at Memory Lane Cemetery, Silver City on Saturday at 2pm. Entrusted to Baca's.
