Bonnie Dunford Newman, age 59, died Saturday, April 30, 2011 at the home of her sister, whom she was caring for, in Pulaski, Virginia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Conard "Junior" Newman; her parents, Issac and Mae Dunford; two sisters, Shirley Dunford and Margaret Dunford; three brothers, Paul Dunford, Charles Dunford and Jim Dunford; and one grandchild, Kirsten Newman.

Mrs. Newman is survived by four children, Frankie Newman of Christiansburg, Virginia, Denise Hutton and spouse, Randy of Marion, Virginia, Michael Newman and spouse, Susan of Walnut Ridge Arkansas and Charity Barton and spouse, Scott of Wytheville, Virginia; ten grandchildren, Brooke Newman, Brandon Hutton, Hannah Hutton, Jacob Glenn, Josie Glenn, Jade Glenn, Jodie Glenn, Danielle Barton, Scott Barton, Jr. and Erica "Muffy" Barton; one great-grandchild, Serenity "Gracie" Snook; two sisters, Betty Sawyers of Pulaski, Virginia and Lucy Keith of Aurora, Illinois; one brother, Johnny Dunford of Chilhowie, Virginia; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be at Seaver-Brown Chapel with Brother David Farmer officiating. Burial will follow in Attoway Cemetery, Marion, Virginia. Seaver-Brown Funeral Service and Crematory is serving the Newman Family.
