She was preceded in death by: one child, Lanny Brown; two husbands, Ola Brown and Fred Hill; and two sisters, Nina Slagle and Eva Tuggle.
Surviving are her siblings Rosco Bertram and Ima Hancock; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
Arzella loved her church and taught Sunday School for many years.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, September 2, 2017 after 11 am in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Taylor’s Grove Cemetery.
