Pauline Marie Elizabeth Wiegert was born to Sam and Lena Wiegert at their farm home in Lincoln county, Kansas, and baptized 11 Oct 1908 at St. John Lutheran Church near their home. Her family moved to Nebraska, and Pauline's faith was confirmed by the Rev. A.C. Guelker of the Immanuel Lutheran Church near Daykin, Nebraska, on 27 Apr. 1924. On 15 Feb 1928 she was united in marriage to David Meyer. To this union was born four children: Loretta, Alvin, Louis, and Victor. Pauline passed from this life 24 Mar 1993 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska.

Pauline Marie Elizabeth (Wiegert) Meyer, 84, Route 1, Hebron, died Wednesday, March 24, 1993, in a Lincoln hospital. She was born Sept. 27, 1908, in Lincoln, Kan., and was married to David E. Meyer on Feb. 15, 1928, in Daykin.
Survivors: sons, Victor E. Meyer and Alvin S. Meyer, both of Hebron, Louis D. Meyer and wife Doris of Fairbury; daughter, Loretta Mohling and husband Maurice of Beatrice; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Christoph and Viola Wiegert of Fairbury. She was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Helana [sic](Leive) Wiegert; and by her husband David in 1951.
Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 27, Grace Lutheran Church, Fairbury, the Rev. Charles Schmidt officiating. Burial: Grace Cemetery, west of Gladstone. Memorials to Grace Lutheran Church, Fairbury. Nuckolls-Meyer Funeral Home, Fairbury.
