Mrs. Adams, 82, of Pineville died at 11:45 a.m. Thursday in Rapides General Hospital.
She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church, Pineville. She was a native of Catahoula Parish and the widow of John A. Adams.
Survivors include four sons, E.L. Adams of Baton Rouge, Joe Adams of Pineville, and John W. Adams and H.P. Adams, both of New Orleans; five daughters, Edith A. Self and Elouise Woodall, both of Alexandria, Amanda Holy, Velma Hunter and Rita Sayes, all of Pineville; 37 grandchildren, 62 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
