HEBER CITY--Our beloved mother and grandmother, Maurine Anderson Muir Pitts, died October 2, 1994 surrounded by her family.

She was born November 28, 1915 in Elsinore, Utah. Married Lloyd Therus Muir June 3, 1932. He died June 28, 1941. Married Elbert Pitts, June 16, 1942. He also preceded her in death. She was a member of the LDS Church. Enjoyed attending the temple, visiting with friends and family and playing cards with her girls.

Survived by daughters: Dorothy Meacham, Heber City; Beth Florez, Salt Lake City; brother and sisters, Grant Anderson, Ora Stevens and Pearl Roberts, Salt Lake City; 15 grandchildren, 43 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a daughter, Glenys Lee.

Funeral services Friday, October 7, 1994 at 11 a.m. in the Heber 7th Ward, 240 East 400 So. Friends may call at Olpin Mortuary, Thursday, 7-9 p.m. and at the church, Friday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Duchesne County Cemetery.
