Ora Lexey Andersen Stevens, age 84, Salt Lake City, Utah returned to her Heavenly Father Saturday, November 9, 2002, at Wood-land Park Care Center.

Born March 1, 1918 in Elsinore, UT to Mary Butler and Anders Christian Andersen. Ora was preced-ed in death by husband, Wilford Ezra Stevens, whose marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She was also preceded in death by all siblings, two sisters, and two brothers. Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grand-mother and great great-grandmother is loved and missed by many; survived by seven children, Rex Moosman, Clare Leroy King, Shanna Lee King, Richard Stevens, Jack Stevens, Marylynne Oveson, Ora Lue George; 30 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and 12 great great-grandchildren.

The family appreciated the help and hospitality of the staffs of The Woodland Park Care Center and IHC Hospice Program.

Ora served as a Foster Grandmother at the Primary Childrens Hospital and then at the Children's Crisis Center for a total of 15 years. As an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, a favorite past time was temple work on a weekly basis. She was a part-time missionary in the locator program of the LDS Church.

Services will be Wed. Nov 13, 2002, 12 noon Mill Creek 6th Ward Chapel, 4600 S. 600 E. Family and friends may call Wed. one hour prior to the services at the church. Interment, Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6500 S. Redwood Rd.
