Wedding Announcement

Miss Alice Antoinette Darby, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John E. Darby of Boyds, Md., and Mr. William Galen McKeever, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. F. McKeever of Kensington, were married in the Methodist Church at Poolesville yesterday afternoon in the presence of a large company. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. W. W. McIntyre of Washington, formerly pastor of the Poolesville church, assisted by the present pastor, the Rev. William D. King. The church was attractively decorated with roses, evergreens and other flowers.

A reception in the church vestibule followed the ceremony, after which Mr. and Mrs. McKeever left for a trip to New England. After September 10, they will be at home at 9 Wilson Lane, in Battery Park, Bethesda.

Obituary

Mrs. Antoinette Darby McKeever, 66, 1004 Highland Dr., Silver Spring, died Tuesday, July 1, at Washington Hospital Center.

She was a daughter of John E. Darby and the late Gertrude B. Darby.

Surviving are her husband, W. Galen McKeever; one daughter, Mrs. Darby Cagigao, Silver Spring; one son, William Galen McKeever, Jr., Toronto, Canada; one brother, Riggs Darby, Boyds; and two grandchildren.

Memorial services will be at the convenience of the family. The family suggests that expressions of sympathy be made through donations to the American Cancer Society.

Arrangements are by the Hilton Funeral Home, Barnesville.
