Pearl was united in marriage to Harry Austin in Denver, MO in 1909. They made a home first in Tingley, IA. They then moved to Minnesota, first to Brainerd, and then to Little Falls.
Pearl was a homemaker whose life was dedicated to her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother, and took an active role in the lives of her grandchildren until her death.
Pearl was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings; her Husband, and sons Harry & Allison. Two grandsons also preceded her in death.
Surviving family members were: her sons Oscar "Socks" Austin of Brainerd, William "Buster" Austin, of Revere, and daughters Luella Cooley of Pine Center, Loretta Ringwelski, and Hazel Austin of Little Falls, her grandchildren Eddie, Millie, Delores, Judy and Frances, and great-grandchildren David and Gail. biography by kjc1971
