Ethel M. Stubbs, 88 of Ashtabula, Ohio, died Sunday, Feb. 7, 1999 at Park Haven Nursing Home in Ashtabula.

Born august 6, 1920, in Evans city, she was the daughter of John and Bertha (Hartzel) Brown.

She lived in the Ashtabula area since 1949 and was a member of the Edgewood Church of the Nazarene.

Surviving are her husband, Earl Stubbs, whom she married Oct. 24, 1928; a son, Donald Stubbs, of Ashtabula; a sister, Myrtle Mazzanti, of Florida; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, a grandson, three bothers and three sisters.

Funeral services for Ethel M. Stubbs, who died Sunday, February 7, 1999, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at Edgewood Church of the Nazarene, Ashtabula. Burial will be at Western Reserve Memorial Park, Chesterland, OH.
