Clarence Owen Barco, 93, of the 100 block of Pinewood Road, a retired policeman, died Jan. 3, 1991, in a nursing home.
Mr. Barco, a native of Virginia Beach, had retired from the City of Virginia Beach after 26 years. He was the widower of Ruth Belote Barco. He was a 50-year member of the Virginia Beach Masonic Lodge 274, A.F. & A.M.
Survivors include a son, Edward A. Barco of Virginia Beach, and four grandchildren.
The graveside service with Masonic rites will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk, by the Rev. James D. Snow III. Friends may join the family from 7:30 to 9 p.m. Sunday in Maestas Funeral Home, Baltic Avenue Chapel.
Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Virginia Beach Unit, 958-B Laskin Road, Virginia Beach 23451.
