LIMA: Bessie Vercrouse of Lima, N.Y.,formerly of Newark, Nov.8,1976. Survived by 2 daughters, Mrs. Beth Ladd, Mrs.Donald (Nancy) Ingraham, both of Lakeville; 7 grand children; 1 great grandchild; 7 sisters, Mrs. Hester Keafer, Mrs. Margaret O'Brien, Mrs. Irene Maloney, Mrs. Lillian Thomas. Mrs. Jennie Dodgson, Mrs. Elizabeth Wall, Mrs. Pratt; several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Wednesday 2-4, 7-9 at The Merton H. Kay Funeral Home, 59 Monroe St., Honeoye Falls, where funeral services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m., Rev. Delbert Tiemann officiating. Interment, Newark Cemetery.

BESSIE VERCROUSE
Bessie Vercrouse, of Lima and formerly of Newark, passed away in Rochester on Monday, Nov.8,1976.
She was born in Big Flats to Alva and Alice Judd Allen. She moved to the Conesus area at an early age. and received her education in that area as well.
She married Edmund Vercrouse of Newark on Sept.1,1934. Following their marriage they resided in Newark until Mr.Vercrouse passed away in September of 1959. She then moved to the Fairport area where she resided until moving to her present home in Lima in September of this year.
She was employed as a floor lady at Egypt plant of Comstock for 14 years, retiring from there in 1975.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Beth Ladd and Mrs. Donald (Nancy) Ingraham, both of Lakeville; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchld; seven sisters, Mrs. Hester Keafer and Mrs. Margaret O'Brien, both of Rush; Irene Maloney of Lima; Mrs.Lillian Thomas, of West Henrietta; Mrs. Jennie Maloney of Lima; Mrs. Lillian Thomas, of West Henrietta; Mrs.Jennie Dodgson, of East Rochester; Mrs.Elizabeth Wall, of Honeoye Falls; Mrs. Frances Pratt, of Rush; also several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, Nov.11,at the Merton H.Kays Funeral Home, 59 Monroe St., Honeoye Falls, with the Rev.Delbert Tiemann officiating interment, followed in Newark Cemetery.
