Frances was the daughter of Alva Smith & Alice Corniela Allen.
She was 11 of 11 children.
She married Gene M.Pratt. They had 3 childen Helene Elzabeth, Alva Merritt and Carole Ann Pratt. Gene was in the Army and they lived in Japan and France also in different states in the U.S.. After the military they lived in Rush, Saratoga Springs, N.Y.. Then back to the home she grow up in, in Rush, N.Y..
