Rexburg couple celebrate 50th anniversary
Blanche and Lindell Cooper of Rexburg have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married Dec. 2, 1943, in the Logan, Utah, LDS Temple. For most of their married lives the Coopers were dairy farmers near Shoshone.
They retired and moved to Rexburg three years ago.
Three of their four children graduated from Ricks College in Rexburg. And three of their grandchildren attend or have attended Ricks.
Their sons and daughters are John L. Cooper of Escondido, Calif., Mrs. Gordon (Eileen) Black of Rexburg, Brian Cooper of Orem, Utah, Mrs. Grant (Jewel) Hodson of West Valley City, Utah.
Their sons, daughters and their spouses as well as 17 grandchildren and a great-grandchild attended a family reunion celebration this fall in honor of the couple's anniversary.
