ROSEDALE, Miss., Dec. 6, 1953 - Services for Walter L. Ellison, retired Rosedale grocer, will be held at the Rosedale Baptist Church at 10 Monday morning. The Rev. Joe Stovall will officiate. Burial will be in the Beulah cemetery, with Thweart Funeral Home of Cleveland in charge.
Mr. Ellison, who was 72, died at the Bolivar County Hospital Saturday afternoon after an extended illness. He was born in Kentucky and moved to Rosedale 36 years ago. He was a member of the Rosedale Baptist Church.
He leaves his wife; a son, T.D. Ellison of New York City; a daughter, Mrs. Thomas Medley of St. Louis, Mo; three brothers, Clarence Ellison of Paducah, Ky., Harry Ellison of Hot Springs, Ark., and a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Adams of West Frankfort, Ill.
