The body of Frank E. Ball, 33, assistant treasurer of Ball Brothers Company, killed when his airplane crashed at Findlay, Ohio, Thursday about 3 p.m., was returned to Muncie Friday at 7:30 a.m.

Edmund F. Ball, his cousin, who drove to Findlay Thursday night to identify the body, remained in the Ohio city throughout the night, returning here Friday morning.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the First Presbyterian Church, the Reverend William E. Steckel officiating. There will be a guard of honor of the Knights Templar and interment will be in the family mausoleum in Beech Grove Cemetery. The body was removed to the family home on Minnetrista Blvd. Friday afternoon from Meeks Mortuary.

Frank C. Ball, father of Frank E., arrived in Muncie at noon today, accompanied by his son, E. Arthur Ball and his nephew, William B. Ball. He was met at the station by his brother, George A. Ball and other members of the family. The 78-year-old manufacturer did not speak as he stepped from the train and met members of his family. He was in New York when his son crashed to death yesterday and at first was told only that his son had been seriously injured. E. Arthur Ball and William H. Ball met him at Cleveland.

Ball Brothers' plant in Muncie will be closed Saturday and until noon Monday, it was announced this afternoon. Ball Stores also will be closed.

Surviving Mr. Ball are his parents; his brother, E. Arthur Ball, treasurer of Ball Brothers Company; and three sisters, Mrs. Alexander M. Bracken, Mrs. Fred J. Petty, and Mrs. Alvin M. Owsley, wife of the U.S. minister to the Irish Ree State, who lives in Dublin. Mr. and Mrs. Petty and their daughters are traveling in Europe.
