Mr. Kiesner was born July 18, 1868, at Kloten. He was raised there and in 1899 he married Alice Dayton of Brothertown. They lived for many years in Calumetville where Mr. Kiesner operated a business. The couple had spent the last few years in Harrison, living with Mrs. Manderscheid.
Survivors include his widow, a daughter, Mrs. Vern (Iva) Manderscheid, a son, Donald of St. Cloud, a sister, Mrs. Sophie Rief of Pulaski and nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
