Arlethie "Leatha" NEAL Foley was the daughter of Hester Ann (Bristow) and George Washington NEAL of Newton County, Arkansas. After the marriage of her parents ended about 1908/09 her mother took her and her siblings to Oklahoma to live. They lived there several years and then on to California. Leatha with most of her siblings and mother came back to Hughes County, Oklahoma or near there, where they lived out their lives. She was married to Charley Foley and they had a daughter Patsy Lou Foley who died as a young child.
