George Washington NEAL was the son of Rev. John N. NEAL and Nancy DILDINE Neal. He was married first to Hester Ann Bristow in 1892 and they had 4 children together, Arther, Letha, Angelina (who died as a baby) and Virgil Neal. This marriage ended in about 1908. He then married Caroline BROWN in 1909 and they had 11 children together, 7 lived to adulthood and 4 died in infancy. George was the postmaster and storekeeper at Limestone, Newton Co., Arkansas and also at Nail, Newton co., Arkansas. He was a 32nd Degree Mason.
