James V. "Rex" Bothwell Sr., 69, of Pueblo, passed away Dec. 8, 1999. Survived by his wife, Joann; children, Brad (Sharon) Bothwell, Rhonda (Kenny Knighton) Thomas, Karen (John) Picco, Kathy (Clay Vandenburg) Bothwell, Mary (George) Hampton, Jim Bothwell Jr. aand Susan (Gerald) Hart; brothers, Gordon (Evelyn) Bothwell and Bud (LaVonne) Bothwell; seven grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and many special friends. Preceded in death by his daughter, Stephanie Bothwell, parents, sister and brother. Rex owned and operated his own stucco business which he retired from in 1988. He was a Navy veteran, having served during the Korean conflict. He was an avid golfer who enjoyed "ALL 19 HOLES" of golf, fishing and hunting. Memorial service, 10 a.m. Monday, Imperial Funeral Home Chapel. Inurnment, Imperial Memorial Gardens with military honors by the Pueblo Veterans Ritual Team.
