Floyd Heller dies
Floyd W. Heller, 68, formerly of Galena, died at St. Francis Hospital in Waterloo on June 3.
He was associated with the John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works, during which time he spent many years in foreign countries in their interests.
He is survived by his widow, the former Beatrice Creighton, one daughter Mrs. Raymond (Doris) Ruane, four grandchildren, three sisters, Mrs. Raymond Keleher of Scales Mound, Mrs. Edmund Perleth and Mrs. Raymond Creighton of Galena. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard J. Heller, Dec. 11, 1978.
Funeral services were held in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Waterloo of which he was a member Tuesday June 5 at 12 noon. Interment was made in Memorial Gardens, Waterloo.
