BURNET BULLETIN - December 30, 1993.
Floy Lee Parks, 93, of Bluffton, died Saturday December 25, 1993. Graveside services were held on December 28 at the Bluffton Cemetery with Bro. Whitney Pennock officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Edgar Funeral Home of Burnet.

Parks was born on May 27, 1900, in Llano County, to Julian and Lilla Floy Kuykendall Barnett. She was a retired nurse at Danforth Hospital in Texas City and a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include one daughter, Doris Landtroop; one son, Orion Parks; two sisters, Louise Evans and Lutha Jo Bivone; two brothers, Donald Barnett and Weldon Barnett; and their families.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Parks and a son, Randall Parks.
