Doyle Harold Barnett, 81, of Burnet died December 17, 1989. He was born May 5, 1908, in Llano County to Julian and Pinkie Kuykendall Barnett. He was a member of the Vanderveer Street Church of Christ and a retired electrical contractor.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday at the Vanderveer Church of Christ with burial in the Bluffton Cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Amye of Burnet; daughter Joy Doylene Jackson of Oklahoma City, Okla.; four sisters, Julia Parks, Floy Parks, Louise Evans and Lutha Jo Bivone all of Bluffton; two brothers, Donald and Weldon Barnett, both of Burnet; and their families.
