Clora Dee Haberthur, 93, of Strawn passed away Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011, in Hico. Service: 10 a.m. Saturday in Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Strawn with the Rev. Mike Orsini officiating. Interment: Cottonwood Cemetery in Bryson.

Clora Dee Haberthur, 93, of Strawn, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011, in Hico. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Strawn with the Rev. Mike Orsini officiating. Burial will follow in Cottonwood Cemetery in Bryson.

Mrs. Haberthur was born July 30, 1917, in Palo Pinto to Waldron and Ola (Rasbery) Brown. She was a nurse's aid for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Emerson E. Haberthur on Sept. 7, 1985. She loved her children and grandchildren.

Survivors include a daughter, Melba J. Walsh; a son, Jerry Haberthur and wife Patsy; three sisters, Beulah Bailey, Eva Brown and Novela Driskill; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
