Little Reba Guinn Prescott had so little in her short life. Reba is the daughter of John William and Nancy Thatcher Ford Prescott. Reba's father, John, died before she was born and her mother, Nancy, had no way to make a living for her eight children. Nancy put her children into a orphanage in Dallas hoping she would be able to bring the children back after she made a little money. The ophanage asked her to come pick up Reba, as she was sick and dying. Nancy went and picked up all eight of the children but it was too late for little Reba. Reba died November 9, 1910.

She is in the arms of the Lord and lived in the hearts of her mother, Nancy, and her sisters and brothers: Lois Prescott Hess, William Conley Prescott, Lola Prescott Westbrook, Lela Prescott Christilles, Daniel Lafayette Prescott, John Terrol Prescott, and Charlie Ford Prescott, Sr.

Reba's bio is written by her grand niece Jewell Hess Albright, 2011.
