William Harvey McDaniels, 69 of Radford died yesterday in a Marion hospital.

Surviving are two sons, William Carl McDaniels, Radford, Victor McDaniels, U.S. Army, Germany; one daughter, Mrs. Ruth Clark, Toledo, Ohio; his father, David McDaniels, Pulaski; eight sisters, Mrs. Sarah Palmer, Dublin; Mrs. Annabell Cobbler, Mrs, Hattie Lee Hates, Mrs. Dorothy Nester, Roanoke, Mrs. Elise Moore, Mrs. Nellis Roop, Mrs. Althea Nester, Dublin, Mrs, Lucy Smith, Greensboro, N„ C.; two brothers, Walter McDaniels, Pulaski; Paul McDaniels, Dublin

McDaniels was a veteran of World War I, a member of the American Legion and the VFW. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at DeVilbiss Funeral Home with Rev. Llnwood Home officiating. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery. The VFW will conduct military graveside services.
