Flossie Hiers, 71, 69 1/2 N. Main St. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Wesleyan Methodist Church with the Rev. Lorenn Graf officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Mexico.

--Mrs. Flossie H. Hiers, 71, 69 1/2 N. Miami, died Tuesday at Dukes Hospital after a year's illness.
--Born here March 3, 1900, she was the daughter of John and Mamie Bradshaw Draving. Her marriage in 1916 was to Omer Hiers, who died in 1951.
--She was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church.
--Survivors are three sons and a daughter: Ronald, Logansport; John, Peru; Dwain, Fairmount; Mrs. Velma Sue Lundberg, Peru; a brother, Floyd Draving, Mexico; a sister, Mrs. Chester Hiers, Muskegon, Mich.; eight grandchildren.
--Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home. Rites will be there at 1:30 p.m. Thursday with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery, Mexico.
--The family suggests that memorials be donations to the Wesleyan Methodist Church.
