Graveside service for Guy Sheats Lamon, 64, of Birmingham will be Friday at 2 p.m. in Roselawn Cemetery with the Rev. J.B.Snyder officiating and Roselawn Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Lamon died Wednesday, September 10, 1997, at his home. He was born October 9, 1932, in Lawrence County. He was formerly of Decatur.
He is survived by two daughters, Kay Long of Hartselle and Anne League of Huntsville; three brothers, Earl Lamon of Colorado Springs, Colo, Pellom Lamon of Trinity and Doc Lamon of Mobile; three sisters, Verna White of Moulton, Amelia Bradford of Trinity and Claudeen Bradley of Fairhope; and four grandchildren.
Nephews will be pallbearers.
