Retired carpenter; member of Grassy Pond Baptist Church; son of the late Richmond and Margaret Waters Stacy.
Surviving: daughters, Mrs. Nanette LeMaster adn Marcia Stacy of Gaffney; son, Richmond Stacy III of Candler, N.S.; stepson, Joe Sullivan of Woodbridge, Va.; sisters, Mrs. Heber Black of Gaffney, Mrs. Frank Gooch and Mrs. Dewey Scruggs of Spartanburg; brothers, Wofford of Gaffney, Vaud Stacy of Griffin Ga.; six grandchildren.
