Also surviving are two sons, Frank Jr., Delphos, and Warren (Donna), Bloomington, IN; four daughters, Frances Jean Shepherd, Ottumwa, IA, Bonnie (Sam) Brown, Vallonia, IN, Debbie Hurt, Delphos, and Vanessa (Frank) Fortman, St. Marys; two brothers, John, Fairfield, IA, and Joseph, Kenton; two sisters, Naomi (Bill) Scholenbaum, Coal Valley, IL, and Betty Allsup, Decatur, IL; sixteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son-in-law, Michael Shepherd.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and its active Naval Reserve Corps. He worked in the logging industry in Reynolds, IL, and for Allsup Logging Co. in Spencerville.
