Funeral services for Billy Lee McCoy, Jr. of Dadeville, AL will be at Langley Funeral Home Chapel, Tueday, December 28, 2010, at 2 p.m. Burial will be at Tallapoosa Memory Gardens. Rev. Ronnie Jennings will officiate.
Mr. McCoy was born on August 10, 1960, and passed away on Dec. 25, 2010, at the age of 50. He was a member of New Covenent Church. He was a graduate of Tallapoosa Academy Class of 1978 and a graduate of Alabama State Police Academy. He had a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Services from Almeda University. He also taught Sunday School and Bible Study Classes at New Covenent Church.
He is survived by his wife Amy M. McCoy of Dadeville, AL; daughter, Dakota M. (Gene) Lamb of Dadeville, AL; daughter, Billie Danielle McCoy of Dadeville, AL: parents, Billy L. and Marilynn McCoy of Dadeville, AL; brother, Joe Aaron (Becky) McCoy of Rome. GA; sister, Melody l. McCoy of Dadeville, AL; grandson, Wyatt Lamb of Dadeville, AL; nieces and nephews.
